At WearxVibe, we strive to deliver your favorite styles quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹79 applies.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking ID and link to track the shipment’s progress.
If you face any tracking issues, you can contact our support team for assistance.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
WearxVibe is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
In case of a missed delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately with photos of the package.
If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier service and ensure a replacement or full refund is issued.
7. International Shipping
Currently, WearxVibe ships only within India.
International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned for updates on our website and social media channels.
