At WearxVibe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality apparel and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@wearxvibe.com or contacting our customer service team.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

After Dispatch

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange (see section 2 below).


2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You have contacted us within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email) must be provided.

Once approved, you can either:

  • Request an exchange for the same or similar product, or

  • Request a refund (see section 3 below).


3. Refunds

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable on:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Products returned after the 7-day window or without proper packaging.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment wallet.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (it may take a few days for processing).

  3. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@wearxvibe.com with your order details.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund.


6. Shipping Costs

  • In case of approved returns (defective or wrong product), WearxVibe will bear the return shipping costs.

  • For voluntary returns or exchanges (e.g., size change), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
